CREATING A SUSTAINABLE CORPORATE STRATEGY
- Sustainable business models: Developing business models that harmoniously combine ecological, social and economic goals.
- Industry-specific challenges: Identifying and overcoming challenges that are particularly relevant to your industry (e.g. supply chains, resource consumption, regulatory requirements).
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and standards, such as the CSRD, EU taxonomy and the Supply Chain Act.
- Fit/gap analysis: Analysis of existing strategies and identification of gaps that need to be closed by sustainable approaches.
- Strategy development models: Introduction of proven models such as SWOT analysis, PESTLE analysis and scenario planning, which are specifically adapted for sustainable strategies.
- Objectives and KPIs: Definition of clear, measurable sustainability goals and corresponding KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to monitor success.
- Risk analysis: Evaluate risks associated with implementing the sustainability strategy, including climate risks and regulatory changes.
- Double materiality analysis: Conduct a comprehensive analysis to identify the most relevant topics for your business and stakeholders.

- Organization: Structuring the organization to integrate sustainability into all levels of the company, from leadership to operational units.
- Program and project management: Introducing program and project management to ensure that sustainability initiatives are implemented effectively and on time.
